One of the main reasons I've never been pro "rachet Miley" is the fact she has a perfectly good voice underneath all the attention seeking stunts she's been doing over the past year.
And nothing proves my point more than this video of Miley doing a countrified version of Outkast's mega hit, Hey Ya.
She sounds awesome when she actually stand still long enough to truly sing a song and it's safe to say that there is something kind of awesome about her tone of voice than no other mainstream singer has at the moment.
